Generation Wine is a television pilot, about the Sonoma wine country industry and specifically three families which are passing their ownership/production to their children and about the challenges and complications which that brings. Featured in it are HAWLEY WINES, run by the renowned John Hawley. IDLEWILD run by Sam Bilbo who is re-stablishing what wines should be in the region. And METZ WINES, being taken over by Alexa Metz, a pioneer as one of the few female winemakers in the region.
